摘要
提出了用熵权系数法综合考虑招标方的主观因素和投标书的具体情况确定综合权重 ,并按各标书与标底接近度差的加权和排序评标的新方法。实例显示 :该法更能体现综合评价最优中标的原则 。
This article puts forward the new means of bid evaluation by determining the overall weight with the consideration of the subjective factors of the tenderer and the specific circumstances of the bidding letters with the entropy weight,and balancing weight and bid order by the difference between the bid letter and the bid base.With examples,the new means shows the principle of designating to the most favorite,and can also prevent some illegal operations during invitation and bidding.
