摘要
学长辅导作为一种高校大学生自主管理模式,是对现行大学生教育管理模式的创新,也是利于学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有效途径。本文以地方高校学长工作为研究对象,通过调查大学生对学长工作的满意度,征集学长自身的意见和建议,总结归纳出学长工作存在的主要问题和影响因素,并结合自己的工作实践就如何加强和改进学长工作提出了合理化意见和建议。
The tutoring of seniors is a kind of self-management mode for college students. It is an innovation to the current university student education management model and an effective way for students to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. This article takes the work of the seniors of local colleges and universities as the research object, by investigating the college students' satisfaction with the work of the seniors, they collect their own opinions and suggestions, summarizes the main problems and influencing factors in the work of the seniors, and combines his own work practices to put forward rational ideas and suggestions on how to strengthen and improve the work of the seniors.
