摘要
人工智能时代的未来学校教学是什么样,需要以系统化的思维方式从教学目的、内容、方式、评价和管理等方面给予全面的回答。未来教学目的需要关注学生的高级智能和非智力因素,促进学生个性化发展;教学内容要从给定的经验性事实向方法性和跨学科化方向转变,让师生在共同探索中创生;教学方式要体现多样化和开放、互动等特点;教学评价也应从内容、方式和标准方面进行变革,以满足进一步教与学的需求;而教学管理也要借助智能系统变得愈加高效、智能与专业。通过教学的系统性变革,才能培养出适应未来变化、不确定和满足社会需求的研究型、创新型人才。
What is the future school teaching in the era of artificial intelligence？ It needs to give a comprehensive response from the aspects of teaching purpose,content,method,evaluation and management in a systematic way of thinking. The purpose of future teaching needs to pay attention to the students＇ advanced intelligence and non-intellectual factors and promote the individualized development of the students. The teaching contents should be changed from the given empirical facts to the methodological and interdisciplinary direction,which can help teachers and students create a new life through joint exploration. Teaching methods should reflect the characteristics of diversity,openness,and interaction; teaching evaluation should be also changed from contents, methods, and standards to meet the needs of further teaching and learning; and teaching management can also become more efficient with intelligent systems,smart and professional. Through systematic changes in teaching,it is possible to cultivate research-oriented and innovative talents that can adapt to future changes,uncertainties,and satisfy the social needs.
