摘要
住房公积金在我国城镇住房制度改革和改善职工住房条件等方面发挥着重要作用。文章以合肥市为例,对其公积金发展状况进行纵向分析和横向比较,通过剖析目前合肥市住房公积金发展过程中存在的问题,提出了健全住房公积金归集制度、提高住房公积金资金效用、加强住房公积金风险管理等对策建议。
The housing provident fund plays an important role in the reform of urban housing system and improvement of employees＇ housing conditions in China.In this paper,the longitudinal analysis and horizontal comparison on the development of housing provident fund in Hefei City are made.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the development process of housing provident fund in Hefei City,some suggestions are put forward,including improving the housing provident fund collection system,strengthening the fund effectiveness of housing provident fund,and enhancing the risk management of housing provident fund.
