摘要
目的探讨内热针配合骨肽治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法遴选符合标准的膝骨性关节炎患者94例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组47例。对照组仅采用骨肽关节腔穿刺给药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上再加内热针治疗。连续治疗4周后,评估2组临床疗效和VAS评分,并检测治疗前后2组患者红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及血清中IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3的变化情况。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为93.6%,明显高于对照组的76.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者VAS评分与治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组VAS评分下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的ESR、CRP含量以及血清中IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3水平均明显要低于治疗前(P<0.05),而治疗组与对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论内热针配合骨肽治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效优于仅使用骨肽治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal heat needle combined with ossotide in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 94 Patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control groups （47 cases） and treatment groups （47 cases） according to different treatment plans. The patients in control groups were intra-articular injected with ossotide injection, the patients in treatment groups were treatment with internal heat needle on the basis of control groups. After treatment of 4 weeks, the clinical efficacies and VAS between two groups were evaluated, the change of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reaction protein and the levels of blood IL-1β, TNF-α, MMP-3 in two groups before and after treatment were detected. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the control groups and treatment groups were respectively 76.6% and 93.6%, there were differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. The vas score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of ESR, CRP and IL-1β ,TNF-α, MMP-3 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, but lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The internal heat needle combined with ossotide has a good clinical efficacy than only injected with ossotide injection.
