摘要
清热解毒法在原发性肝癌治疗中疗效确切,可以降低肿瘤发生风险、预防术后复发、提高生存质量、延长生存期、提高生存率及疗效、改善症状。同时,现代科学研究发现清热解毒法具有抑制肝癌细胞增殖,促进细胞分化、凋亡,抑制血管生成,增强机体免疫功能,抗肿瘤转移,诱导肝癌细胞凋亡,调节细胞周期,抑制癌基因转录,调控基因表达,增强化疗药物敏感性等作用。虽然多种途径均证明清热解毒法对原发性肝癌具有较好的抗肿瘤活性,但清热解毒法与肝癌具体相关中医证候需进一步明确,不同方药作用莫衷一是,有待筛选,具体作用靶点及其机制深入研究尚不足。分子生物学相关技术有望进一步解决这些问题,深入研究将对原发性肝癌的治疗、预防转移具有积极意义。
The method of Qingre Jiedu（ Heat clearing and detoxification） has a curative effect in treatment of primary liver cancer. It can reduce the risk of cancer,prevent postoperative recurrence,improve quality of life,prolong survival,improve survival and efficacy,and improve symptoms. At the same time,modern scientific research has found that Qingrejiedu has the ability to inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells,promote cell differentiation,apoptosis,inhibit angiogenesis,enhance immune function,resist tumor metastasis,induce apoptosis of hepatoma cells,regulate cell cycle,inhibit oncogene transcription,Regulate gene expression and enhance the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs. Although various approaches have demonstrated that the heat-clearing and detoxifying method has good anti-tumor activity for primary liver cancer,the specific TCM syndromes related to heat-clearing and detoxification and liver cancer need to be further clarified. The role of different prescriptions is unclear and needs to be screened. The in-depth study of its mechanism is still insufficient. Molecular biology related technologies are expected to further solve these problems,and in-depth research will have positive significance for the treatment and prevention of the metastasis of primary liver cancer.
