摘要
介绍一种动态称重系统的结构和实现方法 ,主要功能是动态测量行驶车辆的轮胎受力 ,并计算相应静态车辆重量 ,实现全自动、不停车计量。硬件设计中重点介绍数字电路的构成 ,A/D转换器、信号放大与偏置电路和LCD偏置电路。
The structure and implementation of a dynamic weighing system are presented. The main function is dynamically measuring the force on tyre of ongoing vehicle and calculating related static weight of vehicle to accomplish fully automatic non-stop metering. In hardware design the composition of digital circuit, A/D converter, signal amplifying and bias circuit as well as LCD bias circuit. In software design the unique data processing method designed in accordance with real time sampling waveform is stated.
