摘要
GDX1、GDX2包装机组的自动调速控制系统在测速电机运转不良或损坏时,测速信号不正常(电压偏低),导致机器超速,易使机械连杆因过速而损坏。在不影响原机器性能的基础上,研制开发了GDOS-1型GD直流电机超速报警停车保护系统,并对其改造原理及控制过程进行了较详细分析。该系统有效防止了包装机组超速,且减少了维修工作量,提高了生产效率。
When tachogenerator malfunctioned, abnormal signal (voltage lower) would overspeed the machine and damage the mechanical linkage in the automatic speed control system in GDX1, GDX2 packing machines. GD0S-1 type GD direct-current motor overspeed alarming and protecting system was developed, its principle and control (process) were discussed in detail. This system could effectively avoid overspeed, reduce maintenance and improve production efficiency.
