摘要
弃置平台的拆除方法主要有吊装拆除和浮托拆除两种。为了使双船浮托法在整体拆除组块时每个支撑点都具备可调性,以解决上部组块重量和重心无法精确计算的问题,设计了桩腿耦合顶升装置。在介绍了桩腿耦合顶升装置的球体转动结构、橡胶缓冲单元、顶升液压油缸等构成的基础上,重点论述了桩腿耦合顶升装置的强度校核内容,包括顶升装置的假定设计参数、转动结构强度、钢筒结构强度、支撑导向板强度、垂向橡胶缓冲单元刚度、横向橡胶缓冲单元刚度的校核等,最后简介了桩腿耦合顶升装置的系统设计。
Removal of an abandoned platform applies mainly the lifting method and the floatover method. In order to enable each support of platform module to be adjustable in integral removal of platform with the floatover method by double ships,so as to solve the problem of no way to exactly calculate weight and gravity center of upper-side module,the coupling lifting device of pile leg is designed. This paper introduces sphere rotary structure,rubber buffer element and hydraulic jack of the device,then puts emphasis on the contents about strength check of the device, including supposed design parameters, rotary structure strength, steel cylinder strength,support guiding plate strength,vertical rubber buffer element strength,transverse rubber buffer element strength. Finally,it gives brief description of the device system design.
