摘要
随着海洋石油工业的迅猛发展,早期的浮吊吊装法或浮托法已不能完全满足大型海洋石油平台安装和拆移的需要,因此,一种新工艺——双船起重法(简称TML)应运而生。文章介绍了TML的组成、主要技术参数和杠杆起重机构,并重点描述了TML的施工过程。经济分析结果表明,TML与大型浮吊法相比,施工周期短,成本低,既能在深水区操作,也能在浅水区操作,还能在恶劣的海况条件下操作。
With the rapid development of offshore petroleum industry, earlier float crane and float-over methods do not completely satisfy the requirements of installation and removal of large scale offshore platforms. Therefore, a new construction technique —— Twin Marine Lifter (TML) is developed. The constitution of TML, its main technical parameters and lever lifting structure are illustrated and the construction process is emphasized. Compared with the heavy float crane method, TML has the advantages of shorter construction period, lower cost and serviceability in both shallow water and deep water, even in hostile sea condition.
