摘要 对于已确定的管道规格和输送工艺来说,影响海底管道动态水击分析的因素主要有管道输量变化及阀门动作的扰动等。为了研究上述因素的影响,在对国内外水击动态分析技术进行简要梳理的基础上,以渤海海域某海底注水管道为例,采用OLGA瞬态流分析软件对其进行了研究。结果表明,阀门关闭先后顺序对水击压力有一定的影响,且存在着一个使水击压力最大或最小的关阀顺序组合;延长关阀时间可以缓解水击增压,但是对于特定的管路,延长关阀时间对于缓解最大水击压力的作用可能并不明显;利用非线性的阀门关阀特性可以有效缓解关阀水击增压;水击增压与流速基本呈线性关系,可以按照流速评估水击增压的幅度。 For the pipeline of definite diameter and transmission process,the main factors affecting dynamic analysis of water hammer for subsea liquid pipeline are variation of transmission rate and interference of valve action. Based on the brief summary on dynamic analysis technology at home and abroad and by taking a certain subsea water injection pipeline located in Bohai Bay for example,the surge pressure is studied with the transient analysis software OLGA. The results show that valve shutdown sequence has a certain influence,and a combined valve shutdown sequence is existed enabling the surge pressure to be maximum or minimum;Prolonging valve shutdown time can reduce increase of surge pressure,but for a specific pipeline the effect may be insignificant;Utilizing nonlinear characteristic of valve shutdown can reduce increase of surge pressure;Surge pressure increase has basically a linear relation with flow velocity.
