摘要
针对平面结构标签应用于弯曲物体表面天线性能受到严重影响的问题,研究一种柔性抗金属标签,在天线发生圆弧形弯曲时,天线工作频率变化不敏感并且满足RFID系统对读取距离的要求。分析影响标签天线设计的关键参数,利用电感耦合馈电,方便在工作频率(即915 MHz)条件下与芯片阻抗共轭匹配,通过对辐射贴片开槽并加载矩形贴片的方式减少弯曲对天线性能的影响。基于HFSS仿真软件,建立弯曲天线模型,并利用MATLAB对仿真数据进行处理,仿真结果表明天线弯曲时工作频率变化在5 MHz以内,功率传播系数大于0.5,读取距离大于2.5 m,满足实际的使用要求。
Aiming at the problem that the performance of planar structure labels was seriously affected on the surface of curved objects,a flexible metal tag was studied,which was insensitive to the variation of antenna working frequency when the antenna was circular curved,and met the requirement of RFID system for reading distance. The inductively coupled feed was conveniently applied to match the chip impedance under the working frequency( 915 MHz) condition. The influence of bending on the antenna performance was reduced by slotting the radiation patch and loading the rectangular patch. Based on the HFSS simulation software,the bending antenna model was established,and the simulation data was processed by MATLAB. The simulation results showthat the working frequency of the antenna changes within 5 MHz,the power transmission coefficient is greater than 0. 5,and the reading distance is more than 2. 5 m,which meets the actual application requirements.
