摘要 为了解决井下压裂施工期间需要为每个高压管件确定一个明确的身份来以此实现对每个高压管件动态监管的问题,设计出了一种新型的抗金属标签来作为高压管件的"身份证",使得管件管理简单明确。首先,概述了标签被金属干扰原因,其次,从干扰原因中提出了3种抗金属的方法,经过理论分析与实验验证,前两种方法设计的标签性价比低,而第3种方法设计出的新型抗金属标签性价比高,完全符合要求。实验结果表明,该新型抗金属标签不仅具有和现有抗金属标签读取率高、最远识别距离达到8m的优点,而且是柔性的,容易绑定在高压管件上,不易掉落、耐击打、耐日照、耐高温,完全满足管件现场作业时的恶劣环境要求。 Absrtact:In order to solve the problem of requiring a clear identity for each high-pressure pipe fitting during the downhole fracturing construction to achieve dynamic supervision of each high-pressure pipe fitting,a new type of metal-resistant label was designed as the "identity of high-pressure pipe fittings".The certificate makes the management of the pipe simple and clear.Firstly,this paper firstly outlines the causes of metal interference in the label.Secondly,three methods of metal resistance are proposed from the causes of interference.After theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the labels of the first two methods are low in cost performance,while the third method is designed.The new anti-metal label is cost-effective and fully meets the requirements.The experimental results show that the new anti-metal tag not only has the advantages of high reading rate and the far-reaching recognition distance of 8 meters,but also flexible,easy to stick on high-pressure pipe fittings,not easy to fall and resist It is resistant to sunlight,high temperature and fully meets the harsh environmental requirements of high-pressure pipe fittings.
