摘要
气是中国传统文化中的一个重要概念,被认为属于哲学范畴。气的概念被引入到医学领域后指的是自然万物构成的基础,是物质性的。气的理论是阴阳、五行理论的基础,气和气化理论是中医理论的基础。对气和气化理论的认识,是中医与现代医学最大的区别,是中医学的基本特点。目前中医基础理论的教学中,气及气化的概念及理论,仅在"气血津液"章节中作为构成人体的精微物质来讲解,使学习者难以从应有的高度理解,并因此出现《中医基础理论》的教材中"脏腑"和"气血津液"两个部分在编排顺序上先后难以确定。如在教学中强调气的物质性,把气和气化理论与阴阳五行合篇,放在其之前论述,作为中医理论的基础,并以此来说明人体的生理、病理,则使学生更容易接受和理解中医理论,使教学取得更好的效果。
The qi is an important concept in Chinese traditional culture and is considered as a philosophical category. After the introduction of the concept of qi to the medical field,it refers to the basis of the nature and material. The theory of qi is the basis of the theory of yin-yang and the five elements,and the theory of qi and qi-transformation theory is the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The understanding of the theory of qi and qi-transformation theory is the biggest difference between traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,and it is the basic characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine. At present,teaching in the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the concept and theory of qi and qi-transformation theory,as a nutrient substance in the human body to explain only the＂qi-bloodbody fluid＂section,so it is difficult for the learners to understand. Because of the above reasons,the two parts of ＂zang and fu＂and＂qiblood-body fluid＂in the textbook of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine are difficult to determine in the sequence of arrangement.The material characteristics of qi should be emphasized in the teaching. The theory of qi and qi-transformation is the basis of traditional Chinese medicine theory,before yin-yang,the five elements,and yin-yang the five elements synthesis one. The theory of qi and qitransformation theory illustrates the physiology and pathology of the human body. This can make it easier for students to accept and understand the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,so that the teaching can achieve better results.
