(Basic activities of life rating scale,BADL)评分对两组患者肩部功能进行评价。
Objective:To design shoulder joint exercises based on frolics of five animals and evaluate its influence on postoperative function of patients with shoulder injury(clavicular fracture, acromioclavicular joint dislocation and humeral surgical neck fracture). Methods:A total of 88 patients with shoulder injury were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine functional exercise, and the observation group was additionally given shoulder joint exercises on the basis of the control group. The patients were followed up regularly after discharge.Three months after operation, the shoulder function of the two groups was evaluated by Neer shoulder function scale and basic activities of life rating scale(BADL).Results:The Neer shoulder joint function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of basic living activities in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shoulder joint exercises can promote the functional recovery of patients with shoulder injury after operation, and improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
