摘要
目的观察中药综合治疗妇科异位妊娠后输卵管性不孕症的效果。方法选取2013年4月—2017年2月我院门诊收治的36例异位妊娠后输卵管性不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照随机偶数奇数法分为对照组和观察组,各18例,对照组实施常规输卵管通液术治疗,观察组在此基础上实施中药综合治疗,观察并比较2组临床治疗效果和妊娠情况。结果对比2组患者的治疗总有效率,观察组显著高于对照组,组间具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药综合治疗妇科异位妊娠后输卵管性不孕症效果良好,具有积极的临床借鉴和推广价值。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating tubal infertility after gynecological ectopic pregnancy.Methods From April 2013 to February 2017,36 patients with tubal infertility after ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random even odd number method,with 18 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional tubal fluid,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensively on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect and pregnancy status were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was compared between the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and there had significant statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine in the comprehensive treatment of tubal infertility after gynecological ectopic pregnancy has good effect,and has positive clinical reference and promotion value.
