摘要
本文利用CFD进行数学建模,分析了某厂150 t/h CFB锅炉的温度及流场分布情况。在此基础上,针对性的设计开发了满足工艺要求的喷枪并对喷射位置进行了优化,模拟了还原剂与烟气混合情况,确定了工程设计参数。工程测试结果表明,系统脱硝效率及氨逃逸率均达到设计要求,其中脱硝效率最高可超过95%。
The temperature and flow distribution in a 150 t/hCFB boilerwasfirstly simulated by CFD. Based on the CFD simulation, the performance of the spray gun was purposed designed as well as their injection positions were optimized for this project. Furthermore, the mixture of the reagent dose and flue gas was also simulated, which was used to guide the DeNOx design. Actual testing of the project showed that the DeNOx efficiency and the ammonia slip all reached the designedvalue. The DeNOx efficiency even exceeded 95 % in the actual testing.
