厦门市海沧工业区大气污染物小尺度排放清单 被引量:2

Refined Emission Inventory of Air Pollutants in Haicang Industrial Zone,Xiamen City

摘要 基于问卷调查、现场调研和企业填报的基础数据,该文采用自下而上的方法,结合工业源和道路移动源建立了2016年厦门市海沧工业区大气污染物小尺度精细化排放清单。结果显示:2016年海沧工业区大气污染物排放总量相对厦门的占比较大,按从大到小排列依次为:CO、NOx、VOCs、PM10、PM2.5、SO2、BC、NH3及OC,相应值分别为7 381.62、5 511.79、2 606.01、908.19、707.16、659.05、51.06、39.78、4.81 t。电力热力生产供应业是CO、NOx、SO2及NH3的主要排放源,有色金属冶炼是PM10和PM2.5主要排放源,VOCs、BC和OC排放主要来自化学原料和化学制品制造业。工业区内道路移动源的影响不容忽视,其中NOx和VOCs的排放量占工业源中相应污染因子的20.10%和35.30%。工业区对各种污染因子的贡献率以及大气污染物空间分布趋势表明海沧大气污染物排放主要集中在东南部的港区工业区和其他工业区,因此厦门市大气固定污染源排放控制重点在海沧工业区,而工业区控制重点在东南部。 On the basis of questionnaire survey,spot investigation and data submitted by enterprises,using the bottom-up method combined industrial pollution sources with road pollution sources,the fine scale refined emission inventory of air pollutants was developed for Haicang industrial zone in 2016.The results show the emission of air pollutants from Haicang industrial sources accounted for a large proportion of Xiamen’s total industrial emission,which was arranged from large to small as CO,NOx,VOCs,PM10,PM2.5,SO2,BC,NH3 and OC,with corresponding values of 7381.62,5511.79,2606.01,908.19,707.16,659.05,51.06,39.78 and 4.81 t,respectively.Emission from thermal production and power supply industry was the most important emission source of CO,NOx,SO2 and NH3,and non-ferrous metal smelting was the major emission source of PM10 and PM2.5.However,VOCs,BC and OC emissions mainly came from chemical raw materials and products industry.Vehicle exhaust emission in industrial areas should not be ignored,which accounted for 20.10%of NOxand 35.30%of VOCs emitted from industrial pollution sources,respectively.Contribution rate and spatial distribution of air pollutants in Haicang industrial zone illustrated that the port industrial zones and other industrial zones in the southeast contribute more air pollutants than other zones.Therefore,Haicang industrial zone is the most important area in the control of Xiamen’s industrial pollutants,further more the industrial zones located in the southeast of Haicang should be considered at first.
