摘要
介绍了一种应用于钢轨铣磨车的牵引电传动系统,该牵引电传动系统驱动钢轨铣磨车低速稳定运行;通过水冷循环实现主变流器冷却,再利用风机把水冷循环的散热器和制动电阻的热量带走。实际应用证明,该电传动系统能够很好地适应钢轨铣磨车长时间低速、大功率运行的特点,满足钢轨铣磨车低恒速控制精度要求。
An electric drive system of rail milling machine was introduced, which drove the rail milling machine stably and slowly; the main convertor was cooled through the water cycle, then the heat of water cycle and braking resistor was taken out of the cooling equipment by cooling fan. The actual application showed that the electric drive system could adapt well in long time low speed and high-power situation of the rail milling machine, which met the precision requirements of low constant speed control.
