城市有轨电车永磁电传动系统设计

摘要 永磁电传动系统以其高效、节能、绿色、环保的特点,成为轨道交通领域的新宠。从客户需求出发,在分析系统特性、设计部件参数、系统性能的基础上,设计了一款适用于香港有轨电车运行工况的电传动系统,实现车辆的牵引、制动特性及CAN通信功能,具备车辆空载时单电机牵引运行的性能。 The permanent magnet electric transmission system has become the new favorite in the field of rail transportation because of its high efficiency,energy saving,green and environmental protection. In this paper,an electric transmission system for Hong Kong trams is designed to realize the traction and braking characteristics of vehicles and CAN communication function. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the system,designs the parameters of the components.The system can be validated by the advanced semi-physical simulation platform,and achieves the system coordination test in the test station with CNAS certification.The CAN network monitoring device in system makes it realizes the communication of traction system data with vehicle data,and the fault alarm.
