摘要 分析了柴油机声信号的分形特征,将标度曲线的无标度区域局部斜率作为特征关联维数,用来判别柴油机的工作状态。利用Lab VIEW平台开发了在线故障诊断系统,给出了关联维数的计算流程,并以东风4135四缸直喷式柴油机作为对象进行试验,分析了四种工况下柴油机声信号的局部斜率特征,建立了关联维数特征库。 Fractal characteristics of diesel engine acoustic signalare is analyzed. The local slope of the scale curve is chosen as the correlation dimension, which is used to determine the working state of the diesel engine. With the Lab VIEW development platform, an on-line fault diagnosis system of diesel engine is constructed and the calculation method for correlation dimension is presented. By using 4135 diesel engine as the object, experiments are conducted to analyze the local slopes in acoustic signals, through which the feature database of correlation dimension is established.
