摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对子宫肌瘤手术患者并发症发生率、术后不良情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月间四川省巴中市中心医院收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为常规护理组和舒适护理组,每组30例。舒适护理组患者采用舒适护理,常规护理组患者采用常规护理,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况、舒适度、疼痛程度、术后住院时间及护理满意度。结果舒适护理组患者术后并发症发生率为6.7%,低于常规护理组的16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和常规护理组比较,舒适护理组患者的焦虑、恐惧、孤独感、寒冷、疼痛和手术环境刺激评分均较低,视觉模拟评分较低,术后住院时间较短,护理满意度评分较高,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能有效降低子宫肌瘤手术患者的并发症发生率,缓解术后不良情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effects of comfort nursing on the incidence of complications,postoperative bad mood and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing hysteromyoma operation. Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine myoma treated at Bazhong Central Hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and were divided into the conventional nursing group and the comfort nursing group with 30 patients in each group. The postoperative complications,comfort,pain degree,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complication was 6. 7% for the comfort nursing group which was significantly lower than 16. 7% of the the conventional nursing group（ P〈0. 05）. The anxiety,fear,loneliness,cold,pain and operation environmental stimulation scores were significantly lower in the comfort nursing group than in the conventional nursing group and the visual analogue scale（ VAS） score was significantly lower,the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher in the conventional nursing group than in the conventional nursing group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,relieve the bad mood after operation and improve the patients＇ nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery. Thus,it is worthy of promotion and application.
