摘要
目的：探讨子宫肌瘤手术患者的心理护理对疼痛信念的影响,总结有效的护理方法。方法：选取2016年1月-2017年1月就诊行子宫肌瘤切除术患者共100例,按照盲选法将患者分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组患者给予常规心理护理,观察组在此基础上给予针对性的心理护理,比较患者疼痛信念量表评分结果、护理效果及满意度指标。结果：护理前,对照组患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分与观察组无显著差异;护理后,观察组的得分明显低于对照组（t=-25.036,-24.953;P〈0.05）;护理前观察组的疼痛信念评分与对照组患者无显著差异,护理后,观察组得分明显低于对照组（t=-19.825,P〈0.05）;观察组患者整体护理满意度96.0%,显著高于对照组70%（χ~2=11.977,P〈0.05）。结论：子宫肌瘤手术患者的积极心理护理干预,可有效降低患者疼痛信念,提高患者护理满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,具有积极的推广意义。
Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on the pain belief in myomectomy patients and summarize the effective nursing methods.Methods：A total of 100 myomectomy patients from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group in accordance with the blind method;The control group were given routine nursing care,while the observation group were given targeted psychological nursing;Pain beliefs,nursing effect and satisfaction index were compared between the two groups.Results：Before nursing,there were no significant differences between the SAS score and the SDS score in the control group and the observation group.After nursing,those scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（t=-25.036,-24.953;P 0.05）;The pain belief score of the observation group before nursing was not significantly different from the control group,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（t=-19.825,P0.05）;The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70%（χ~2=11.977,P0.05）.Conclusion：The positive psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the pain belief,improve the patient satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
