摘要
从基层指挥员视角,分析总结了液氯罐车公路泄漏事故的特点及处置中的关键要素和环节,研究了事故处置中应采用的具体技术,制定了事故处置的程序和操法,明确了处置指挥辅助决策实现的途径,提出了此类事故处置中的注意事项,为基层中队指挥员处置此类事故提供参考。
From the perspective of the first line commanders,the author analyzed and summarized the incident characteristics of the liquid chlorine tanker leakage on road and the key elements and links of the incident response, studied the specific techniques should be used,put forward the operating procedures and methods,the way to realize the auxiliary decision making, and the precautious issues to provide reference for the fire company commanders.
