摘要
目的研究佛山市老年肺结核疗效的影响因素。方法采用性别、年龄、文化程度、结核接触史、初复治情况、耐药情况、是否患糖尿病等因素对150例老年肺结核患者进行问卷调查。结果耐药情况和是否患糖尿病在治疗失败和治愈结果中差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；logistic回归分析显示，耐药情况、是否患糖尿病是影响老年肺结核疗效的影响因素。结论对老年肺结核的治疗方案和临床用药应注意耐药情况，并对肺结核合并糖尿病的老年患者采取特定的治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the factors altecting the therapeutic eiiect in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Foshan. Methods 150 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected to complete a questionnaire which included gen- der, age, education level, tuberculosis exposure history, initial treatment and re -treatment, drug resistance and diabetes mellitus history. Results Drug resistance and diabetes affected the treatment outcome significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Logistic regression analysis showed that drug resistance and diabetes were the major factors affecting the therapeutic effect in senile pulmonary tuberculosis treat- ment. Conclusion Attention should be paid to drug resistance in medication and treatment regimen. Specific treatment regimen should be taken in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus.
