摘要
随着公路工程建设规模不断扩大,新型钢箱梁桥面板施工工艺技术应用日渐广泛。论文分析了公路钢箱梁桥面板的构造,并提出有关的改进措施建议;分析了公路钢箱梁桥面板施工工艺;明确了试件设计和制造过程中需要考虑的相关内容,从测点布置、疲劳试验、静载试验几个方面对有关的试验情况进行阐述,分析了竖向挠度、疲劳强度、局部应力3方面的试验结果。
With the continuous expansion of the construction scale of highway engineering, the application of new steel box girder bridge panel construction technology has been widely applied. Paper analyzes the highway construction of the steel box girder bridge panel, and put forward relevant improvement measures are suggested, in view of the highway construction technology of steel box girder bridge panel were analyzed, and the clear specimen need to consider in the process ofdesigu and manufacture of related content, from the arrangement of measuring points, fatigue test, static load test paper expounds several aspects about the test, analyzes the vertical deflection, fatigue strength and the test result of local stress three aspects.
