“三高”面板堆石坝面板混凝土的施工与质量控制

摘要 卡基娃水电站面板堆石坝最大坝高171 m,是我国在海拔2 000 m以上高原地区建设的最高面板堆石坝,大坝二期面板浇筑工程量大,工期紧,单块面板最大连续浇筑长度长,且因面板混凝土受工期影响需安排在雨季施工。结合卡基娃水电站大坝二期面板混凝土施工,介绍了高海拔、高寒、高面板堆石坝面板混凝土施工工艺以及质量控制要点,可供同类工程参考。 Kajiwa Hydropower Station is the highest concrete face rockfill dam at the altitude of above 2 000 m,with the maximum dam height of 171 m. The second stage slab concrete construction is characterized with large amount of work,tight construction schedule and long maximum continuous pouring length of single block,therefore,the construction of this work should be arranged in the rainy season. In this paper,combined with the slab construction in the second period in Kajiwa project,face slab concrete construction technology and quality control points for high concrete face rockfill dam at high altitude in high cold area are presented to provide references to similar projects.
