摘要
目的 :设计一种医疗设备故障自动检测系统,实现医疗设备故障的特征检测。方法 :简化医疗设备系统等值电路,提取复杂医疗设备中的故障特征。在医疗设备故障自动检测系统末端安装采集各类医疗设备运行情况下不同参数的传感器,借助局域网将这些传感器集成在系统中,数据服务器将传感器采集的电流信号转换成故障特征,并对其进行记录、处理和分析,完成复杂医疗设备的故障检测。结果:该系统能快速识别出医疗设备的故障,且正确率很高,具有一定的可行性。结论:该系统有效提高了医疗设备故障的检测精度,在设备故障检测和识别方面具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To design a failure auto detection system to realize medical equipment feature testing. Methods The equivalent circuits of the medical equipment system were simplified to extract the failure features. Several sensors corresponding to kinds of medical equipment parameters were involved in the system, and were connected by LAN. Data server transformed the acquired current signals into failure features, which were then recorded, processed and analyzed to finish the failure detection of complex medical equipment. Results The system recognized the failures of medical equipment with high accuracy and feasibility. Conclusion The system is worthy promoting for medical equipment failure detection and recognition.
