串联GMAW焊缝中的冷搭接

摘要 探讨了串联GMAW焊缝中冷搭接缺陷的形成机理、影响因素及控制原理。结果表明,在串联GMAW焊缝焊趾处发现了3种形态的冷搭接,它们的性质属于焊缝焊趾微区未熔合缺陷,可能影响结构的疲劳寿命。焊接飞溅和熔化金属的溢流是形成冷搭接的必要条件,而飞溅物、母材及溢出金属的温度则是形成冷搭接的充分条件。建立了串联GMAW熔焊行为与冷搭接形成的关系,其要点是电弧稳定性和熔池作用力的平衡性遭受破坏时,冷搭接缺陷形成倾向增大。提出了限制冷搭接缺陷数量和尺寸的4个可能的工艺途径。 The formation mechanism,influencing factors and control principles of cold lap defects in tandem GMAW welds were discussed. The results show that three types of cold lap are found at the weld toe of the tandem GMAW,their properties belong to the micro lack of fusion defects at the weld toe and may affect the fatigue life of the structure. Welding spatter and the overflow of molten metal are necessary conditions for forming cold lap,and the temperature of spatter,base metal and spilled metal are the sufficient condition for forming cold lap. The relationships between the welding behavior and the cold laps formation in tandem GMAW are established,the key points are that when the stability of arc and the balance of weld pool force are destroyed,the tendency of cold lap defect formation is increased. Four possible process routes to limit the number and size of defects are proposed.
