摘要
通过对A588GrB钢的焊接性分析,确定其焊前预热温度;以AP1000支撑结构为基础确定该钢的3种焊接方法;根据"等强"原则选择该钢的焊接材料,并进行相关的焊接试验,取得了如下结果:采用SMAW(焊条E7018)、SAW(焊丝/焊剂H10Mn2/SJ101)、FCAW(焊丝E71T-1)焊接A588GrB钢能够获得满意的接头质量;焊前预热可有效防止冷裂纹的产生;减少焊接热输入,能够获得良好的低温韧性冲击值;焊后消应力热处理能够有效提高焊缝和热影响区的冲击性能。试验结果为A588GrB钢的焊接奠定了基础。
The preheating temperature of the A588CrB steel was determined by analyzing its weldability.Three kinds of welding methods of the steel based on the API000 support structure were used.The welding materials of the steel according to the 'equal strength matching' principle were selected,and the relevant welding test was performed.The results show that the satisfactory joint quality of the A588CrB can be obtained by adopting shielded metal arc welding(E7018 electrode),submerged arc welding(H10Mn2 wire and SJ101 flux),flux cored arc welding (E71T-1 flux-cored wire).Preheating can prevent cold crack,and the decrease of heat input can obtain good impact properties at low temperature; posted heat treatment can improve impact properties in weld and heat-affected zone.The foundation is established for the welding of the A588CrB steel by this study.
