摘要
通过将μ-base激光测距仪固定在经纬仪上形成一套组合测量系统,并对组合测量系统中测距仪与经纬仪的相对位置进行了精确标定,将激光测距仪测量得到的距离转换为经纬仪仪器中心到目标的距离,再结合经纬仪测量的目标角度值,形成一种适用于大尺寸、超高精度测量要求的三维测量系统。通过对组合系统的测距误差进行分析,提出了一套高精度的标定方法,使得经纬仪中心至目标点的距离测量误差为±16.9μm。并对组合系统在此标定误差下的测点误差进行了分析,结果表明组合系统点位测量误差小于激光跟踪仪。因此,理论上本文提出的经纬仪与激光测距仪组合测量系统能够满足工业领域中大尺寸、超高精度测量的要求。
In this paper, we put forward a new combination measurement system by fixing the μ-base laser ranger on the theodolite. For this combined measurement system, the relative position between the ranger and the theodolite was precisely calibrated, and finally realized the distance converting, of which the starting point changed from the laser ranger to the theodolite. Combined with the angle value measured by the theodolite, it forms a three-dimensional measuring system which could be able to meet the requirements of the large-scale and ultra-high precision measurement. Through the analysis of the accuracy of the combination system, a high precision calibration method was proposed, which makes the distance measurement error of the theodolite to the target point could reach ±16.9 μm. The error of the measurement system was analyzed. the results have shown that the measurement error of the combination system was better than that of the laser tracker. Therefore, the combination of theodolite and laser ranger mentioned above provided a solution to the challenge of large scale and ultra-high precision measurement in the industrial field.
