摘要
介绍了关节坐标测量机原理、组成,并对其进行了误差分析。从理论上分析了圆光栅安装偏心误差对测量结果的影响,介绍了圆光栅分度误差测量方法,并采用非线性拟合的方法对该项误差进行了修正。
The paper introduces the principles and components of the multi-joint CMM, and does the error analysis. It also analyzes the influence of the eccentricity error of the circular optic grating installation on the results, and introduces the measuring method of graduation error. This error has been corrected by the non-linearity fitting.
