摘要
为了进一步探索数控加工自动化编程与仿真加工技术在数控自动化加工中的应用,首先对自动化编程与仿真加工技术进行了研究,并以车削零件以及箱体类零件两种常用零件为例探索了自动化编程与仿真加工技术的应用策略。试验研究发现,自动化编程与仿真加工技术能够有效提升数控加工效率与零件质量,应该在实际生产中进行大力推广。
In order to further explore the application of CNC machining automation programming and simulation processing technology in CNC automatic machining, the automation programming and simulation processing technology were first studied. Taking two common parts of turning parts and box parts as examples, the application strategies of automatic programming and simulation processing technology are explored. The experimental research found that the automatic programming and simulation processing technology can effectively improve the numerical control processing efficiency and part quality, and should be promoted in actual production.
