摘要
以GH4169高温合金为研究对象,通过机夹式刀具对工件进行插铣加工。在研究主轴转速、每齿进给量以及径向切深对切削力和刀具耐用度的影响以及变化规律的基础上,得到对刀具耐用度影响最大的是主轴转速,其次是每齿进给量和径向切深的结论。利用Matlab遗传算法以最大材料去除量为目标对切削参数进行优化,当n=800r/min,f_Z=0.012mm/z,a_e=3.5mm时,可以实现在较长刀具耐用度的情况下,获得最大的材料去除量。本研究对GH4169高温合金插铣加工的切削参数有一定的参考价值,可以有效降低生产成本。
