椭圆形深腔插铣粗加工的优化 被引量:1

摘要 对于难加工材料,插铣法不失为一种高效实用的切削加工方法。该方法尤其适合于粗加工和半精加工。在化工行业换热器制造过程中经常遇到椭圆形腔的加工,为此在研究了利用宏程序编程插铣加工矩形和圆形深腔的基础上,针对椭圆深腔插铣加工时插铣孔中心的几种定位方法的比较研究,提出了一种优化高效的插铣孔定位计算方法。同时给出了插铣加工椭圆深腔的加工实例和宏程序的编制工艺。 The plunge milling is an efficient and practical machining method for difficult- to- machine materials,especially suitable for rough- machining and semi- finishing. The elliptical cavity machining often be encountered in the process of heat exchanger of chemical industry manufacturing. The location methods of the plug hole milling center positioning were comparative studied based on plunge milling for elliptic cavity hole. At the same,the positioning calculation method of plunge milling for hole was efficient and correct proposed,the machining example of milling machining ellipse deep cavity and the weave arts of macroprogram were presented.
