共享经济与农场的结合诞生了共享农场。共享农场不是简单地给市民提供一块租赁耕种的土地,而是在农场、农民、市民之间重构关系。共享农场既是新型的农场经济形式,又是一种自然的生活方式,代表了人们心中的一种田园梦想与追求。共享农场可以共享的资源众多,包括土地、房屋、农产品、农机、等,而土地是共享农场的核心资源。共享农场的利润来源渠道较多,包括会员收费、农产品销售、乡村旅游开发与接待、销售与配送费用的节约等。
The combination of sharing economy and farms gave birth to the shared farm. The shared farm is not simply a piece of land for people to rent and farm, but reconstructing relationships among farms, farmers, and citizens. The shared farm is not only a new form of farm economy, but also a natural life style and idyllic dream. There are many shared resources, including farm machinery, agricultural products, life style, funds, agricultural technology, labor force, etc. Land is the core resource of shared farms. There are many sources of profits for shared farms, including membership fees, agricultural products sales, rural tourism development and reception, savings in sales and distribution costs.
