摘要
分析了PVC-U制品用原料国家、行业产品标准和企业产品标准各自的特性和存在的问题。提出应充分利用现有原料产品标准控制原料的质量,根据PVC-U制品性能确定原料性能控制项目及检测方法,加强生产质量管理,减少原料质量波动造成的产品质量波动,以减少PVC-U制品用原料标准化不足对PVC-U制品加工性能和质量带来的影响,满足PVC-U制品加工的需要。
Characteristics and problems of national standards, branch standards and company stand- ards of raw materials for production of PVC-U products were analyzed. It was suggested that the quahty of raw materials should be controlled by the current active standards of raw materials, the control items and testing methods of raw materials should be determined according to the performance of PVC-U prod- ucts, and the production management quality should be strengthened to reduce the fluctuation of product quality caused by quality fluctuation of raw materials, in order to reduce the influence of the lack of stand- ards of raw materials for PVC-U products on the processing performance and quality of PVC-U products, and to meet the needs of PVC-U product processing.
