复合涂层(PDA/ANF)对聚丙烯薄膜性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过复合涂层聚多巴胺(PDA)/芳纶纳米纤维(ANF)处理聚丙烯(PP)薄膜,研究其对PP薄膜的亲水性、耐热性和力学性能的影响。实验利用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、动态吸收接触角测试仪、热重分析仪(TG)、拉力试验机对复合涂层处理前后薄膜的表面形貌、化学组分、亲水性、耐热性和力学性能进行表征。结果表明,复合涂层处理的薄膜的水接触角由原始的102.5°降为61.9°,同时薄膜的力学性能和耐热性能也得到了显著提升。 Polypropylene (PP) film was treated by polydopamine/aramid nanofibers (PDA/ANF) composite coating to study its influence on the hydrophilicity, heat resistance and mechanical properties. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), dynamic absorption contact angle tester, thermogravimetric analyzer (TG), tensile testing machine were used to characterize the surface morphology, chemical composition, hydrophilic properties, heat resistance and mechanical properties of the film before and after surface treatment by composite coatings. The results show that the contact angle of the PP film treated by composite coatings decreases from 102. 5° to 61.9°, while the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the PP film are also improved significantly.
