摘要 脑源性神经营养因子(brain—derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)有利于神经元的存活和生长。临床研究表明,基线血清BDNF水平与缺血性卒中患者的神经功能恢复和功能转归密切相关。动物实验显示,给予外源性BDNF能缩小梗死体积和促进运动功能恢复。运动训练可通过主动或被动方式促进缺血性卒中患者的整体或局部功能恢复,其机制可能与上调BDNF及其受体表达有关。文章对BDNF在运动锻炼促进缺血性卒中患者恢复中的作用进行了综述。 Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is beneficial to the survival and growth of neurons. Clinical studies have shown that the baseline serum BDNF levels are closely associated with neurological recovery and functional outcome in patients with ischemic stroke. Animal experiments have shown that administration of exogenous BDNF can reduce infarct volume and promote motor function recovery. Exercise training can promote the whole or partial fimctional recovery of patients with ischemic stroke by active or passive method. Its mechanism may be associated with the up-regulation of BDNF and its receptor expression. This article reviews the role of BDNF in the exercise training-induced recovery in patients with ischemic stroke.
