离心浓缩天然胶乳的生产过程中组分与结构的变化 被引量:2

Changes of Components and Structure of Natural Rubber Latex in the Preparation Process of Centrifugal Concentrated Latex Production

摘要 离心浓缩法是目前工业生产天然浓缩胶乳的一种重要方法。本文研究了离心浓缩天然胶乳的生产过程中组分与结构的变化,采用溴化法、凯式定氮法和抽提萃取法等方法对天然胶乳的橡胶烃、蛋白质、类脂物、丙酮溶物、水溶物和灰分等组分的含量变化进行测定,通过高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、马尔文粒度仪、凝胶色谱仪(GPC)、核磁共振交联密度仪对天然橡胶粒子形态、粒径、分子量、交联网络等结构变化进行研究。结果表明:离心浓缩天然胶乳的生产过程中在混合澄清、过滤调节等阶段,天然胶乳的组分与结构无明显影响。而离心浓缩使橡胶烃、类脂物和丙酮溶物含量增大,而蛋白质、水溶物和灰分含量减小;由于橡胶粒子形态的变化,粒径逐渐减小,而分子量、交联密度均增大。综合分析可得,离心浓缩天然胶乳的生产过程中离心浓缩是天然胶乳组分与结构变化的关键过程,且蛋白质和类脂物的变化对天然橡胶粒子形态、粒径、分子量和交联结构均产生一定的影响。 Centrifugation is an important method for producing the concentrated natural rubber latex (NRL) in the current industrial production. The aims of this project are to investigate the change of the components and structure of natural rubber latex in the preparation process of centrifugal concentrated latex production, including the rubber hydrocarbon, protein, lipid, acetone extract (AE), water extract, ash of NRL by bromination, Kjeldahl determination, extraction, etc- and particle morphology, size, molecular weight (Mw) and crosslinking network of NR by high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), Melvin granulometer, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and nuclear magnetic resonance crosslink density meter. The result of research shown that all of the components and structure didn't change significantly in the process of clarifying and adjusting. While, with the contents of rubber hydrocarbon, lipid and AE, the contents of protein, water extract and ash decreased in the the centrifugating process. Furthermore, Mw and crosslink density both increased. According to the obtained results, the centrifugating is the key process for the components and structure of natural rubber latex in the preparation process of centrifugal concentrated latex production. And the particle morphology, size, Mw and crosslink structure were influenced by the changes of protein and lipid.
