水溶性小分子物质对天然橡胶动态性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用动态力学分析仪研究天然橡胶(NR)中水溶性小分子物质对其动态性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃态时,添加了水溶性小分子物质的NR薄膜储能模量(E′)呈现先降低后升高的趋势,损耗模量(E″)低于未添加水溶性小分子物质的空白试样;玻璃化转变区内,所有试样的E′均大幅下降,水溶性小分子物质使E″峰值温度向高温方向偏移;橡胶态区时,所有试样的E′继续降低,并随温度的升高趋于定值。添加了水溶性小分子物质的试样损耗因子与空白试样相比均有不同程度的降低。
