摘要
采用超高压数控水射流设备对20Cr Mn Ti钢表面进行水喷丸处理,研究不同水压、靶距和喷嘴移动速度对其表面形貌、表面粗糙度、残余应力和硬度梯度的影响。结果显示,经高压水喷丸处理后的20Cr Mn Ti试样,其表面粗糙度值增加不明显,表面残余应力和硬度有很大提高,能有效改善材料的表面性能。
The effect of water pressure,target distance and nozzle speed of water jet shot peening on the surface roughness,residual stress and hardness gradient of 20 Cr Mn Ti steel was studied by using of a computer numerical controlled ultra-high pressure water jet cutting machine. The results show that,though the surface roughness value does not increase much,the surface residual stress and hardness of the20 Cr Mn Ti steel samples treated by water jet shot peening are increased markedly,which can effectively improve the surface properties.
