摘要
采用问卷调查和交叉分析的方法对河北省饶阳县8个村的244户农民秸秆处理方式进行问卷调查,实证分析农民秸秆处理方式选择及影响因素.结果表明:农民文化程度、家庭年收入、家庭务农人数、政府宣传及支持综合利用的力度等因素对农民秸秆处理方式的选择具有显著影响,并由此提出秸杆利用的几点建议,(1)增强农民秸秆综合利用的意识;(2)完善并落实秸秆利用的相关政策法规;(3)加大政府财政补贴力度.
Questionnaire survey and cross analysis were used to survey 244 farmers’ straw disposal methods in 8 villages in Raoyang County of Hebei province. The results showed that factors such as farmers’ education level, family annual income, family farm population, government propaganda and comprehensive utilization intensity had significant influence on the choice of straw treatment mode. On the basis of is proposed in this paper and obtain some policy implications： to improve and implement the relevant policies and regulations on the utilization of straw; to increase the government financial subsidies.
