摘要
分析研究了Y形超起装置存在的不足,提出了一种新型超起装置方案,从理论上、结合有限元分析法进行了分析验证,表明采用新型超起装置对伸缩臂的整体稳定性优于采用现有Y形超起装置。给设计者提供了一种新的解决伸缩臂稳定性的方案,具有一定的实际应用前景。
Analyzing the shortcomings of Y-type super-lifting device, and puts forward a new scheme,and the new scheme is analyzed and verified by using theory combined with finite element method. The results show that the new scheme is superior to the existing Y-type super-lifting device in the overall stability of the telescopic boom. Provides the designer with a new solution to the stability of telescopic boom, and has certain practical application prospect.
