摘要
首先介绍了全地面起重机多轴转向电液执行机构工作原理,对电液执行机构进行数学分析与建模。然后简单介绍PID控制算法的原理和其在工业上的应用。最后利用大型软件Matlab中的Sumlink软件包,对多轴转向电液执行机构进行仿真分析,得到液压缸位移、速度随时间变化曲线,并对其进行分析。
First,the theory of electro-hydraulic working organ of all Terrain Crane Multi-axle steer-ing has been introduced,analyzed the electro-hydraulic working organ and build its mathematic model.then, explained the theory of PID control arithmetic and its applications in the industry simply.At last,by the software Matlab/Sumlink,simulated and analyzed the Multi-axle steering electro-hydraulic working organ, got the graphics of displacement and speed of hydraulic crock,which changed with time,and analyzed them.
