摘要
随着我国高等工程教育范式向工程范式的转变以及新工科在我国的逐步推行,应用型人才培养的培养模式成了一个众口难调的问题。本文借鉴德国应用科学大学应用型人才培养的经验,深入探讨了以能力培养为导向的应用型人才培养模式,并从应用型人才培养的培养目标、课程体系设置以及工程教育教学理念、课程考核方法等方面出发,提出了具有可操作性的建议。最后,本文提出了4条建立以能力培养为导向的应用型人才培养模式的其他注意事项,并指出了应用型人才培养方案建立的总体方向。
With the transformation of China's higher engineering education paradigm to engineering paradigm and the gradual implementation of new engineering in China, the cultivation mode of applied talent cultivation has become a difficult problem. Learning from the experience of applied talents cultivation at the German University of Applied Sciences, the applied talent cultivation model oriented by ability training has been discussed in depth. Starting from the cultivation objectives of applied talent cultivation, the curriculum system setting, the engineering education teaching idea, and the curriculum assessment methods, some relevant operability suggestions were put forward. Finally, four precautions for establishing an applied talent cultivation model were proposed and the direction of the establishment of an applied talent cultivation program was pointed out.
