摘要
目前国内井控装置检测存在很多需要改进的地方,通过借鉴国外模式,开展国内井控装置第三方检测,可确保检测数据的真实性、规范管理流程、避免井控装置带病、超期服役。阐述了第三方检测的重要性及其实施方案;以某第三方检测机构为例,2016年至2018年两年间接受各类井控装置检测委托一千余台/套,累计出具不合格报告两百余份,在制造厂家开展新品出厂和返厂大修监造30余台套,发现多个需要整改的问题并进行分析。该模式效果良好,受到各地区工程公司的高度好评。
At present, there are many places to improve in the detection of well control devices in China. By using foreign modes for reference, the third party detection of domestic well control devices can be carried out to ensure the authenticity of the detection data, to standardize the management process and to avoid the well control devices from being ill and overdue service. The importance and implementation plan of the third party detection are expounded. Taking a third party inspection organization as an example, from 2016 to2018, more than one thousand sets of well control devices were detected and more than 200 unqualified reports were issued. More than30 sets of well control devices were made or repaired under its manufacture supervision, and several problems needed to be rectify were found and analyzed. Practice shows that the mode is effective and highly praised by engineering companies in various regions.
