摘要 基于井控防喷装置在油田井下作业施工中的重要性,并为了达到清洁生产、保护油气资源的目的,从抽油杆防喷器、自封封井器、半封封井器和油管旋塞的密封元件、密封方法、工作压力、适用范围入手进行可靠性研究应用。同时对施工中装配质量的可靠性和员工的操作质量可靠性进行了研究和应用,做到人适机,机宜人,为预防井下作业施工中发生井喷事故提供了可靠的科学依据,取得了较好的效果。 Because of importance of well blowout preventer in the oilfield downhole operation, and in order to achieve clean production and the protection of oil and gas resources, the reliability of the well control blowout device was studied from the sucker rod blowout preventer, the well self-sealing well packer, semi-sealing well packer, and the sealing component, sealing method, working pressure and application scope of tubing cock. At the same time, the assembly quality reliability and the employee operation quality reliability are studied to provide reliable scientific basis for preventing blowout accident in downhole operation, and a good result is achieved.
