摘要
为筛选出适宜周口烟区种植的优质烤烟品种,于2015—2016年采用小区试验,以中烟100为对照,研究了6个烤烟品种(豫烟10号、豫烟12号、郸烟1号、NC55、云烟87和K326)在农艺性状、经济性状、化学成分、中性香味物质、物理特性及感官质量等方面的差异。结果表明,云烟87适应性较强,上、中等烟比例、均价、产值均显著高于对照,中性香味物质含量和感官质量高于对照。豫烟10号和NC55对气候条件敏感,豫烟10号在成熟期遇长期高温时,上部烟叶易出现叶斑病;NC55大田生长前期遇低温时易出现早花现象。K326的产量、产值、上等烟比例显著低于对照;郸烟1号上等烟比例低、感官质量低于对照;豫烟12号对氮肥敏感。
To select quality flue-cured tobacco varieties suitable for Zhoukou tobacco-growing area,a plot experiment was conducted in 2015-2016.The differences of agronomic characters,economic characteristics,chemical compositions,aroma components,physical characteristics and sensory quality among six flue-cured tobacco varieties（Yuyan 10,Yuyan 12,Danyan 1,NC55,Yunyan 87 and K326） were analyzed by using Zhongyan 100 as the control.The results showed that the adaptability of Yunyan 87 was higher,it was significantly superior to the control in terms of the proportion of high and middle grade tobacco leaves,average price and output value.Its neutral aroma substance contents and sensory quality were higher than those of the control.Yuyan 10 and NC55 were sensitive to climatic conditions.Yuyan 10 tended to have leaf spot disease in a long-term high temperature period at mature stage,while NC55 tended to suffer from early flowering at low temperature during early growing stage.Comparing with the control,the yield,output value and proportion of high grade tobacco leaves of K326 were significantly lower; and the proportion of high grade tobacco leaves and sensory quality of Danyan 1 were lower.Yuyan 12 was sensitive to nitrogen fertilizer.
