摘要
[目的]研究中烟103在烘烤过程中水分、叶绿素含量的变化情况及所需时间。[方法]以成熟中部烟叶为材料,将中烟103与对照品种K326和云烟203进行烘烤对比试验。[结果]中烟103烘烤后96h的总水分含量失水速率为2.28 mg/h,高于对照K326和云烟203;烘烤后96 h,中烟103叶绿素降解量为98.13%,略低于K326,但高于云烟203;中烟103烟叶变黄各阶段所需时间略少于K326和云烟203。[结论]中烟103的脱水速度和叶绿素降解速度较快,烟叶易干燥和变黄,表现为易烘烤。
[Objective] The aim was to study the change of the water dehydrating, chlorophyll content and required time of Zhongyan 103 during the curing process. [Method] The contrast test was conducted among Zhongyan 103, K326 and Yunyan 203 with mature middle tobacco as materials. [Results]The water content loss rate of zhongyan 103 was 2.28 mg/h ,which was higher than K326 and Yunyan 203 after curing 96 hours. 96 hours after baking,the chlorophyll degradation of Zhongyan 103 was 98.13 %, and slightly lower than K326, but higher than Yunyan 203. At each stage of curing process, the yellowing required time of Zhongyan 103 was slightly less than that of K326 and Yunyan 203. [Conclusion] The results confirmed the Zhongyan 103 expressed Easy-Bake than K326 and Yunyan203.
